OmniAero is an AI-powered creation tool. Using our own generative models and style engines, it helps you transform prompts, images, and other inputs into expressive works such as images and videos.
To keep improving your experience and the reliability of the service, we reserve the right to refine and iterate on our algorithms, add or adjust styles and features, run experiments or limited rollouts, and make necessary changes for quality, security, and compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes in advance.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for keeping your account and password secure. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your own and is your responsibility.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security concern, please notify us promptly so we can help protect it together.

All payments are processed through the app store or its linked payment provider and are subject to that channel's billing rules. Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, completed purchases are generally non-refundable. Consumed credits and virtual benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The material you upload remains yours. We do not acquire ownership of your original inputs through your use of the service.
For works you generate with OmniAero, you receive a perpetual license to use them for personal enjoyment, sharing, and social media. Whether they may be used commercially depends on the specific terms of the feature tier or subscription benefits you use.
To provide the service to you (such as generating, previewing, storing, and displaying your works), you grant us a limited license to process the relevant content only to the extent necessary to deliver those functions. We will not use it for purposes beyond what is set out in these Terms.
OmniAero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Due to the inherent nature of AI technology, generated results can be unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee that every output will be accurate, consistent, or match your expectations.
We make no promises regarding the artistic quality, stylistic consistency, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. Please use your own judgment before relying on a result for your specific scenario.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniAero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to goodwill) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, or your conduct creates risk for other users, third parties, or the service itself, we may suspend or terminate your access.
